President’s Message

Rose Madar, 2025 Pennsylvania President, Residential Real Estate Council

As a seasoned real estate professional with a passion for helping others achieve their dreams, I’m thrilled to step into the role of Pennsylvania President for the Residential Real Estate Council in 2025. Over the years, I’ve witnessed firsthand the transformative power of connection, education, and leadership in our industry, and I’m eager to bring that same energy to our state chapter.

My journey in real estate has been marked by a commitment to excellence, a deep love for building community, and an enthusiasm for embracing innovation. I’ve always believed that success comes from empowering others.

As President, I’m excited as our leadership team is ready to elevate our mission by fostering meaningful relationships, championing professional development, and ensuring that our members are equipped with the tools they need to thrive. Together, we’ll tackle new challenges in the real estate industry today.

When I’m not strategizing ways to support our amazing members, you’ll find me at the beach, golfing, walking and enjoying my beautiful family.

Here’s to a year of growth, collaboration, and success for all of us in 2025!
