Welcome to Florida RRC

President’s Message

A Message from Your 2025 Florida RRC President

As we step into 2025, I’m reminded of why I first pursued leadership in this incredible organization: the belief that the right knowledge at the right time can be life-changing.

When I started my real estate career, I relied heavily on hustle. In fact, during the 2007–08 market crash, I was managing 65 listings—not because I lacked work ethic, but because I lacked the tools and knowledge to build a sustainable business. That’s when CRS education entered my life. By applying what I learned, I was able to create a better business, achieve financial success, and—most importantly—find more free time for the people and moments that matter most.

This year, my goal is twofold. First, I want to ensure that our CRS designees know about the many resources and tools available to them—whether it’s advanced certifications, cutting-edge strategies, or timely education that keeps them ahead of market trends. Second, I want to inspire those with the hustle muscle to learn how to work smarter, not harder, by leveraging the wealth of knowledge available through RRC.

Together, with the incredible leadership team I have alongside me, we’re committed to creating opportunities for growth and connection. Whether you’re a seasoned CRS or just beginning your journey, I invite you to join us this year as we learn, grow, and thrive together. If you are interested in serving and leadership, please reach out to me.

To that end, here are a few ways my team and I are committed to serving you in 2025:

Free live webinars on timely topics to help you navigate the ever-changing real estate landscape. Local and regional mastermind groups to foster collaboration and problem-solving with your peers. Opportunities to connect with community leaders, such as county property appraisers, county managers, sheriffs, and school board members, to stay informed about key local developments.

Let’s make 2025 the year of intentional progress.

Warm regards,

Kim Knapp 2025 Florida RRC President 904 334 7425 Kim@TeamKnapp.com
