Before Lisa transitioned her career to Marketing and Sales, she was an accomplished HR Professional with over 10 years’ experience and holds a Master’s Degree in Business and Human Resources.

Throughout her career history, Lisa has managed talent selection practices, compliance & payroll,  staff development, and employee relations. In the past, she has provided HR consulting services with lasting positive results for companies including The Chicago Community Trust, Peggy Notebart Nature Museum, and Paylocity.   

Some of her key accomplishments within these organizations include reducing employee turnover by over 40%, designing and implementing a $10 million payroll system, and boosting recruitment efforts—taking one company’s staff from 27 people to 83 in just one year!
