Keller Williams Realty Professionals in Portland, Oregon. A licensed Oregon
Realtor® since 1988, prior to joining KW in 2012 Rob and his team were the #1
agent in the Portland metro area with the 1,000+ agent Prudential Northwest
Properties for seven years, and we are in the top 1% of all Realtors in Portland.
Rob also is licensed with a successful team in Palm Springs, California
A few years ago Rob was voted “Realtor of the year” for all of Portland by his
peers. An early tech adopter, Rob does a large amount of business off the internet,
& being the first Prudential eCertified Realtor in the US, is
well versed in technology. Rob is a savvy real estate investor
with properties in multiple states owned personally and
through self directed IRAs. As a result, Rob also teaches
classes to other Realtors across the country about systems,
technology and real estate investing.
Rob also believes in giving back and serves various roles like
being on the technology committee and a director as well as
board member at the local MLS. Rob is also a “Crystal R”
donor for NAR PAC and is personally involved in advocating
for homeownership rights nationally.
Rob is extremely systemized and in fact is the co-creator and former co-owner of
one of the earlier real estate agent productivity software companies in the North
America.
Having a small team, Rob focuses on marketing and negotiating his properties,
while Caity, his daughter in law and business partner focuses on showing homes,
and a transaction coordinator gets the deals closed.
Rob was raised all over Europe and Canada, and is well travelled having attended
24 schools in 4 countries. With three grown boys, two daughter in laws and two
grandchildren. Rob and his wife Beverly own an art gallery in Portland and their
passion is Pacific Northwest art, hanging with their two grandchildren, of course
Oregon Ducks football, relaxing at the Oregon coast and spending time at their
desert home in Palm Springs, California!
