Ellis Gardner is a former NFL professional football player and leader of the new generation of Real Estate Professionals. As a 22-year veteran REALTOR®, Ellis is an expert in making modern technology & marketing techniques work for success and is constantly back in the classroom learning and relearning every faucet of practicing real estate. Anchored by RRC’s Certified Residential Specialist designation, he has achieved a dozen other certifications and designations including the C2EX endorsement. The psychology of winning he honed in a variety of sports has translated into a distinct advantage for his clients. “Strategy” is the hallmark of Ellis’ consultations. When Ellis is not out selling homes, he volunteers as a local board member at Greater Chattanooga REALTORS®, at the state level with RRC and both Tennessee and Georgia Young Professional Networks at nationally with RRC and NAR committees.
In order to bring this wealth of experience full-circle, Ellis teaches pre-licensing for night school and weekends in the Fall and Winter planting the love of learning in our next recruiting class. Ellis is a native to the Chattanooga area with deep local family roots there. In the 1980’s he did spend eight years in the Midwest and Southwest as a member of the NFL’s Chiefs, Colts and Oilers/TITANS.
