Whether it is a first-time buyer or a family selling their home and purchasing another, there is a learning curve.  The more properties they are shown, the sooner buyers come to terms with values, their comfort-zone regarding features they can and cannot live without, and their trust in us as their REALTOR®.  Not to mention, the anxiety that comes with what may be the largest purchase in their lifetime.
