Don’t Discuss Price Until You Have a Commitment with Seller

“I learned several years ago through CRS to not price but to position homes. My counseling on effectively positioning a home on the market so it sells for the best price is one of my value propositions. To go over all that and have the sellers go with another agent is not a way I want to run my business.  Ultimately the seller will determine where to position their home based on the market information provided along with the assistance of their real estate professional guiding them on interpreting the data."
