The biggest trend that I’ve noticed recently in the Chicago market is that people are buying smaller houses. They want something that is more manageable and easier to clean and take care of. They don’t want to be a slave to their house and the land and everything else that comes with a big property. Being knowledgeable and up to date on market trends will enable you to serve your clients more effectively, and will not only give you an edge over competitors, but it will make you an indispensable partner for buyers and sellers in your market.
