Lead Time is Key to a Successful Open House

A longer lead time is important for a perfect open house. Roughly two weeks ahead of time, I create a postcard mailing of roughly 50 to 100 pieces to prospects and possible referral sources. When I want to reach a larger audience in the area, I use the U.S. Postal Services’ Every Door Direct on its website, (eddm.usps.com). I can select an area, and get all of the addresses for that region. The demographic tools on the site let you select various audience features such as age and income.
