“Eighty-eight percent of leads queried say that response time is extremely important when selecting their agent. You are five times more likely to make contact with a lead if you respond within the first five minutes as opposed to 10 minutes, and 100 times more likely to make contact if you respond within the first five minutes, as opposed to 30 minutes later. Thirty-five percent of leads expect a real estate agent to reply instantly to their online inquiry.”
