“When you get a new listing, first provide your clients with a detailed list of all the next steps you will take to market their property- with a timeline for when those items will be accomplished. Next, send your clients an email update before 5 p.m. on a weekday that they can read before leaving work. Finally, send an update every Friday morning so they have time to respond before the weekend. With these three steps, you can reduce calls in the evening and weekend so you can rejuvenate, enjoy your life and be more productive when you are focused on your clients’ needs.”
