Being Shockingly Helpful Goes A Long Way.

The most successful real estate agents and people I know are "shockingly helpful." They’re incredibly good at understanding other people and helping them achieve their goals. They know their success is ultimately based on the success of the people around them. 

So, they work hard to make other people successful: their clients, their team, their vendors and suppliers… because they know, if they can do that, then their own success will surely follow. 

And they will have built a healthy and thriving real estate business they can be truly proud of. 

Building lasting relationships requires a lot of heavy lifting. People do business with people they trust, and this is the largest transaction they will do in their lifetime. 

HERE ARE 10 KEY TOOLS TO HELP YOU ACHIEVE SUCCESS EACH DAY: 

  1. Build your SOI list (Sphere of Influence) Such as: Friends, Banks, Hairdresser, Doctors, Accountant, Church, Health Club, Dentist, School Teachers, DMV, Assessor's office, Restaurants, Clothing store Clerks, Walmart friends, Facebook friends, Instagram Friends, Tick Tock Friends, Pinterest Friends, Your child’s Friends Parents. Think of where you go in a year’s time and write each person you see down.  

  1. Use a CRM daily (Customer Relationship Marketing, Program.) The best one is the one you use. You build relationships by being intentional each day. Use it for things like reminding yourself daily to call people, mailing letters, mailing postcards, keeping up with your active clients, past clients and ones to come, commissions and more. 

  1. Mailings & Emails Daily. 

  1. Calls & Text Daily. 

  1. Social Media Daily—Say thank you, add value, and then ask for referrals. Referrals and their business should be the last thing you ask for. 

  1. Mail Thank You’s Daily—there is always someone to thank!  

  1. Knowledgeable in your Market. 

  1. Stay Goal/Motivated Oriented—Keep your Goals in front of you and listen to motivational podcast or YouTube videos, daily or weekly. 

  1. Stay Consistent. 

  1. Rest/Have Fun—Avoid Burnout.
