Len Goffredo was born and raised in the suburbs of Philadelphia. He became a licensed real estate agent in Pennsylvania and Delaware in 1990, Florida in 1991, and New Jersey in 1993. Even with four licenses to his credit, real estate was not always Len’s main source of income. He spent most of the eighties and nineties consulting his way through corporate America. Over the years, his humoristic candor won him audiences with top executives at Bell Atlantic, Nynex, Pep Boys, IBM and a whole host of personalities in the music industry. Apparently, Len had found a way to tell people what they didn’t want to hear and somehow managed to get paid for it in the process. Never a fan of hard labor, Len, to this day, remains an avid investor. He believes in letting money work for you, instead of you working for your money. So much, that Len is still telling people what they can do with their money. Len presently serves as the 2012 Vice Chair for the Professional Development and Investment Committees for the Orlando Regional Realtor Association and is also a member of their Budget and Finance Committee. He also serves on the Board of Directors for the Central Florida Commercial Association of Realtors; and lastly, is a member of three Florida Realtors committees dedicated to improving Realtor education.
