My goal is to help you achieve your real estate dreams by offering you my business skills including analytical, project management, financial analysis, marketing, mediation and negotiation after spending over 30 years in finance, marketing and business planning at IBM and Apple Inc. In preparation for serving you best, I hold an M.B.A. in Finance from Rutgers University, a BA in Business from Michigan State University, licensed as an Managing Broker and have earned the following National Association of REALTORS designations and other certificates: the prestigious Certified Residential Specialist (CRS) - only 4% of all Realtors hold this distinction, Graduate Realtor Institute (GRI), Accredited Buyer Representative (ABR), e-PRO, Senior Real Estate Specialist (SRES), eco-BROKER, e-BUYER, Accredited Seller Representative (ASR), Certified Home Marketing Specialist (CHMS), Certified Negotiation Expert (CNE) and At Home With Diversity (AHWD). I believe in the value of life long education. I am very tech savvy and am educated as a Real Estate Appraiser (former California licensee). I am Treasurer of the Whidbey Island Association of Realtors (WIAR) and hold active leadership positions in several local community organizations and associations on South Whidbey Island.
