International Designation

Worldwide Education

As real estate markets have become more global, so too has the Council of Residential Specialists (CRS). CRS now reaches well beyond its U.S. borders where we’ve helped provide solutions for changing marketplaces in Mexico, Brazil, Spain, Portugal, South Africa, Malaysia, Taiwan, Thailand, Vietnam and China.

Our global outreach benefits not only professionals in those markets, but helps to build a global network of CRS-trained agents who can better serve their local clients with relocation and other cross-border home buying and selling needs.

REAPing the CRS Seeds of Success

International outreach is an important focus for CRS and the demand for CRS education has increased worldwide. In response, CRS designed a course based on the proven skills and techniques top producing agents have successfully used in their practices.

Real Estate Advanced Practices (REAP) was created for real estate professionals living and working outside of the United States. The Council’s REAP Course content transcends borders and local customs by focusing on universal sales concepts, and introduces systems and sales strategies used by top producing real estate agents in the United States. The REAP course comprised of four one-day Modules that may be taught separately or consecutively and in any order.

REAP provides an excellent foundation for residential sales training and provides credit towards the elite Certified Residential Specialist (CRS) Designation. REAP is easily delivered through a large firm, organized real estate entity or association. Contact Tony Priore, Chief Marketing Officer, for information on bringing REAP to your market. Make the Leap from REAP to Designation

A growing number of professionals outside the U.S. are pursuing the Certified Residential Specialist (CRS) Designation. The CRS Designation is the highest professional designation awarded to sales agents in the residential sale field. The CRS Designation is awarded for a combination of CRS Education credit, Elective credit and industry productivity and experience.
