Become a Networking Group Director! 


A Network Group's primary purpose is to facilitate networking among members for mentoring, coaching and professional connections; provide easy-access to cost-effective education and professional development; and serve as the realty resource within the community.

Please know that whether it is 15 minutes a week, an hour once a month or an event once a year, volunteers are the backbone of RRC. 

Volunteering also connects you to other members and expands your referral network.

Leadership In Wisconsin

Position Descriptions:

President - To provide leadership and direction to volunteers while steering the State to meet member needs. Act as a representative on behalf of the State RRC at Realtor programs and events. 

Finance Leader - Reviews and approves State/Region’s financial transactions which includes deposits and payments/reimbursements, Develops annual operating budget in conjunction with Leadership team.

Education Leader - Serve as point person for education and event questions. Organize and implement a broad range of programming including Network Group activities, RRC Courses, lunch and learns, etc.

Membership Leader - Responsible for building member engagement within the State/Region. Works with Network Groups on recruitment activities. Be the point person for questions about RRC membership. 

Communications Leader - Serve as the Web Administrator, the “go to” person for the online state/region network website. Ensure that the website is updated with fresh content and accurate content. 

Network Directors
 - Serve as the “boots on the ground” for a specific region within the State. Work with State Leadership team to build member engagement within region and help recruit membership.
