Welcome to the Montana RRC website.

The CRS is the highest designation awarded to residential sales associates and recognizes professional accomplishments in both experience and education. Our group is comprised of dedicated real estate professionals who are either designees (those who have received the prestigious designation) or general members (those who are working on their requirements). 

Our mission is to attract and retain those Montana Realtors seeking the knowledge, tools, and relationship-building opportunities needed to maximize their income and professionalism in residential real estate.

RRC’s one-day and two-day classroom courses allow you to learn skills in an intensive, hands-on, in-person environment,with other real estate agents.

Network Groups

Become a Networking Group Director! 

We are looking for RRC members to help coordinate networking events and education in your area! Please let us know if you will help launch an RRC Network Group!

Get Involved

Whether it is 15 minutes a week, an hour once a month or an event once a year, volunteers are the backbone of RRC.  Volunteering also connects you to other members and expanding your network.  Contact the state president with your questions, a description of your expertise or interest and how much time you have to give.

Leadership In Montana

Current Open Positions:

Finance Leader 
- Reviews and approves State/Region’s financial transactions which includes deposits and payments/reimbursements, Develops annual operating budget in conjunction with Leadership team.

Education Leader - Serve as point person for education and event questions. Organize and implement a broad range of programming including Network Group activities, RRC Courses, lunch and learns, etc.

Membership Leader - Responsible for building member engagement within the State/Region. Works with Network Groups on recruitment activities. Be the point person for questions about RRC membership. 

Communications Leader - Serve as the Web Administrator, the “go to” person for the online state/region network website. Ensure that the website is updated with fresh content and accurate content. 

Network Directors
 - Serve as the “boots on the ground” for a specific region within the State.  Work with State Leadership team to build member engagement within region and help recruit membership.
