Welcome to the California RRC

President’s Message

Greetings California RRC members,

Pray you and your loved ones are well! A warm welcome to our new members. With our season of celebrations (Thanksgiving, Xmas, …) fast approaching, we should keep in mind the several communities have been impacted by several major fires up and down our state. Your state RRC network has made contributions on your behalf to support those impacted directly by the Caldor fires and generally through California Association of Realtors Disaster Relief Fund.

With deep gratitude

It has been an honor and pleasure to serve as your state President since mid-2020 till the end of this year. I wish to take this opportunity to thank everyone for your continued encouragement and support – our team has adapted well through Covid challenges and been able to provide a full program of high-quality events and excellent member engagement. I am certain our excellent leadership team will continue to build on our strengths, and I wish Lisa the very best for next year.

CA RRC Events and classes

I am delighted to report our network actively engaged with our members at several events over the past quarter - Sell-a-bration in Lake Tahoe, several Happy Hours throughout our state during CRS week, wine tasting at Newport Beach winery, and others. We are tentatively looking at the possibility of hosting a happy hour at the National Association of Realtors annual conference in San Diego, subject to being able to do so. Please consider joining us for future state and national (Sell-a-bration 2022) events.

We are particularly pleased to team up with our strategic business partner, Silicon Valley Association of Realtors (SILVAR), and Asian Real Association of America (AREAA), Silicon Valley chapter to offer a one of the most popular CRS classes - CRS Full-day Classes - Increase Wealth with Rentals and Other Investment Properties with Chris Bird (Full-day class is offered at exceptional value - $75 members, $99 non-members.) This exceptional class is being offered virtually on October 14th and 15th between 9am to 1pm. Consider signing up, if you have not done so.

Strategic Business Partner Highlights

We are very grateful to each of our strategic business partners for their support throughout this year, and we encourage you to reach out to use their services whenever possible.
