International Designation Program

The Certified Residential Specialist (CRS) Designation is the highest credential awarded to sales agents in residential real estate. Earning the prestigious CRS Designation not only demonstrates outstanding achievement and training, but takes your career to a globally recognized and certified professional status.

CRS Designees are included in our online referral directory, Find a CRS, allowing you to connect with more than 30,000 CRS Designees both in the U.S. and around the globe. The benefit of just one referral could pay your Council membership many times over. This platform allows you to send and receive referrals with qualified residential specialists. Most of all, you can find other top agents to help your clients when relocating or investing.

In order to qualify for our International Designation program, you must be an active member of the Council, and the following requirements must be met:

CRS Education	32 Credits (REAP Program)
Elective Requirements	32 Credits RRC recognized local courses toward credit
Production*	The equivalent to: 75 transactions within any 5 years OR $25 million USD within any 5 years

*The Council recognizes that sales volume differ for each country. Requirements are determined on a country by country basis after careful review of the country's real estate marketing.
