During this webinar Jing will show you how she converts leads into clients. She will show you how to successfully turn your online and open house leads into a future client. Jing will also go over things to avoid with you are working with buyer leads.

Jing will also talk about how qualify a buyer in more timely fashion. You will know what to say and what to do and not do with your leads to help you have a better conversion rate.

Meet Jing

Jing Fang was selected as 2019 30 under 30 REALTORĀ® Magizine honoree. She specializes in single family homes, high-end condos, and investment properties in San Francisco.

Jing speaks both English and Mandarin fluently. She helps a lot of domestic and international clients to accomplish their purchasing or selling goals.

Before becoming a real estate agent, Jing obtained her master's degree from the University of Pennsylvania and worked as a consultant for Silicon Valley technology companies and startups.
