What to Expect in Part 1
This webinar recording will provide agents with the tools & knowledge they need to prepare for successful listing consultations. Agents will develop a pre-listing checklist to systematically prepare for each consultation and learn how to create their own pre-listing packet to deliver to sellers prior to meeting them in person. Learn to assess seller motivation and needs when communicating with prospective clients prior to the consultation. Understand the scripts and dialogues top agents use in pre-listing telephone calls to ensure success in the listing presentation.

What to Expect in Part 2
This webinar recording will teach agents how to provide a higher level of customer service to prospective clients by mirror and matching client behavior to quickly build rapport and a more effective working relationship with sellers. Learn how to create an expectation with clients that encourages them to provide you with client referrals throughout the agency relationship. Agents will understand the methods and dialogues to price homes effectively to sell quickly for the highest price. Master the scripts and objection handlers over the listing price, paying a commission, when to list, and sellers that want to find a home to purchase before putting their home up for sale.

Cancellation Policy

Unless otherwise stated, RRC classes operate under the following cancellation policy:

RRC, RRC States, and licensees reserve the right to cancel any scheduled course. If a course is cancelled, registrants will be notified via email or phone and will be given a full refund. RRC, RRC States, and licensees are not responsible for any expenses incurred by the registrant due to cancellation. Class cancellations by a participant will be accepted until one week prior to the event. Cancellations will be refunded minus a $25 administrative fee. No shows will be charged the full registration amount.
