Mandatory courses must be taken in classroom setting.
Students must complete the course within one year from date of enrollment
Licensees are required to complete forty-five (45) hours of continuing education during each three-year cycle. These include twenty-four (24) hours of required coursework and twenty-one (21) hours of elective coursework.
Required coursework consists of: Marketplace Issues (8 hours); Practical Applications (8 hours); and Contracting, Trust Accounting, and Closing (8 hours)

Roster Process: Rosters are submitted electronically every Thursday. A copy of the evaluations are to be mailed to the Commission. During high volume periods, such as near renewal deadlines, rosters will be submitted daily. **If you need or want the roster submitted earlier than the scheduled date, there is a $10 rush fee for that service.**
