Online Limitations:

There are no limits on the number of CE hours allowed to be taken online.

Online Info:

Please note: If you are issued a license after October 1, 2020, you are exempt from completing the required CE for only the December 14, 2020 renewal (per the rule change that became effective on October 1, 2015). Any license issued prior to October 1, 2020 is required to complete CE for the December 14, 2020 renewal.

For the 2019-2020 Biennium, all license holders are required to complete 18 hours of approved continuing education. The 18 hours must include completion of 3 hours for each of the 6 required course topics. Continuing education providers must offer 3 modules within each of the 6 required courses. Licensees may complete any of the 3 modules offered with a provider for one of the 6 courses. Please see the 2019-2020 Real Estate Curriculum outline form and the course provider application form for details on the required modules and the 6 required course topics. There are no longer elective requirements as part of the 18 required hours.
