There are no limits on the number of CE hours allowed to be taken online.
Broker and Sales Associate licensees are required to complete 21 hours of continuing education every 3 years. Licensees are required to take at least one hour in each of the six required topics, with the remainder being made up in elective hours. The required topics are Broker Relationships Act, Fair Housing, Professional Conduct, Contracts and Forms, Code and Rule Updates, and Hot Topics/Current Issues.
NOTE: Provisional Sales Associates have separate and unique post-license requirements, and thus are not required to complete continuing education
