Online Info

North Dakota Real Estate Professionals are required to take 9 continuing education hours every 12 months.

Effective October 1, 2015 our continuing education cycle will run from November 16th to November 15th of the following year. The next CE cycle begins November 16, 2019 and ends November 15, 2020.

There is NOT a grace period for completing your education. If you do not have the required number of hours for an active license, you need to renew to the inactive status until you have completed the required education. Keep in mind that the continuing education hours you use to activate an inactive license cannot be used to meet the 9 hrs of continuing education required annually.

*The North Dakota Real Estate Commission has determined that the mandatory topic for the current CE cycle is 3 hours on Safety (must include a section on cyber security).
