The New Jersey Real Estate Commission accepts an electronic signature in lieu of the required affidavit be submitted to McKissock upon the start and completion of all courses (except non-credit courses).

Online Info:

The New Jersey Real Estate Commission requires 12 hours of continuing education every 2 years. A minimum of 6 hours must be taken in a core topic. Those six shall include at least 2 hours of Ethics. Core Topics include: Agency, Disclosure, Legal Issues, Ethics, Fair Housing, and Rules and Regulations.

A completion will not be visible on the licensee’s PSI account until roughly 24-48 hours AFTER the education provider has uploaded the submission.

Roster Required: Yes

Roster Process: Rosters are submitted electronically every Thursday. During high volume periods, such as near renewal deadlines, they will be submitted daily. **If you need or want the roster submitted earlier than the scheduled date, there is a $10 rush fee for that service.**
