A proctored exam is required for all continuing education courses. e-Proctored exams are acceptable.
There is no limit to the number of CE hours that may be taken online. However, the 12-hour Managing Broker Required Course MUST be taken in a setting with live instructor interaction.
The CE school shall allow the attendee one retake within 30 days after a failed examination in order to receive credit for CE. No more than one retake shall be allowed. A licensee failing a retake shall not receive credit for that CE course unless the entire course is retaken and the examination is successfully completed.
30 hours of Post License Education is required for: Brokers renewing for the FIRST TIME. If this is the FIRST renewal for your Broker license you are required to complete the 30-Hours of Post License education prior to renewing your license.
Brokers need 12 hours of CE:
3 hour Core A
3 hour Core B
6 Hours of electives
No Final Exam Passing Requirement
