Georgia Real Estate Professionals are required to take 24 continuing education hours every 36 months.
The Georgia Real Estate Commission requires an affidavit be submitted to McKissock upon completion of all courses (except non-credit courses).
Note – As of July 1, 2016, the 36 required hours of continuing education shall include 3 mandatory hours on the topic of License Law. This issue of the GREC RENews details this rule update.
