There is no limit to the number of CE hours that may be taken online.

Online Info:

Georgia Real Estate Professionals are required to take 24 continuing education hours every 36 months.

The Georgia Real Estate Commission requires an affidavit be submitted to McKissock upon completion of all courses (except non-credit courses).

Note – As of July 1, 2016, the 36 required hours of continuing education shall include 3 mandatory hours on the topic of License Law. This issue of the GREC RENews details this rule update.

Approved for 8 hours:
Mastering Relevant, Consumer-Focused Marketing (RS 123), Turning New Homes into Ongoing Revenue (RS 124), Zero to 60 Home Sales a Year (and Beyond) (RS 125), 7 Things Successful Agents do Differently: A Proven Business System (RS 126), Succession Planning: Building, Valuing, and Selling Your Business (RS 127).

Approved for 12 hours:
Business Planning and Marketing for the Residential Specialist (RS 200)

Approved for 15 hours:
Listing Strategies for the Residential Specialist (RS 201), Effective Buyer Sales Strategies (RS 202), Financing Solutions to Close the Deal (RS 205). 

Approved for 16 hours:
Buying and Selling Income Properties (RS 204).

Approved for 12 hours of elective credit:
Technologies to Advance Your Business (RS 206) and Building an Exceptional Customer Service Referral Business (RS 210).

*Please note that if the Listing Strategies (RS 201) and Effective Buyer Sales (RS 202) courses are taken combined in 4 consecutive days the courses will qualify for the 25 hours Georgia Post Licensing credit towards a Saleperson license.
