Online Limitations:

The Delaware Real Estate Commission requires a timing mechanism for all distance education courses to ensure that the courses cannot be completed in less time than the approved credit hours. Please note that your course will time out after several minutes of inactivity.

Online Info:

Since 2012, all Real Estate licenses and permits expire April 30 of even years (2018, 2020, 2022). This includes Broker, Associate Broker and Salesperson licenses, whether in active or inactive status, and all office permits. Continuing education that Delaware licensees complete between May 1, 2018 – April 30, 2020 for their 2020 renewal must meet these requirements: complete 21 hours of CE during each licensure renewal period other than their first. Licensees must obtain a minimum of 3 hours in these specific modules:  For detailed topics see course modules.
