Liz Sturrock is the Chief of MLS and Innovation for the 60,000-member MIAMI REALTORS®, the largest local REALTOR® association in the US. She is a proven technology and software leader with more than 20 years of experience in the IT industry, and has received national recognition, including most recently being named one of three "IT Security Leaders to Know" by BizTech Magazine. Sturrock has served as a mentor for NAR's REACH program, the No. 1 accelerator in real estate, for the past four years and was instrumental in Miami being named as one of only four pilot REACH labs in the nation.

Todd Carpenter has held many roles in the real estate industry. At the National Association of REALTORS®, he built the teams and products to lead over a million members through the industry’s rapidly changing technology landscape. Carpenter created the organizations’ initial social media communications strategy and lead the organization’s effort to evangelize social media to the industry. In 2013, he created NAR's first data analytics group, where his team assembled and analyzed member interaction data to empower the organization to make better, data-backed decisions concerning its business needs. Most recently, he helped to grow the Second Century Ventures/REACH team from five staff in one market to over twenty in five markets, specializing in creating strategic introductions and mentoring opportunities for startups in the accelerator program.
