Moving to Jacksonville from Upstate NY in 2000 with the intent to complete a degree in Counseling, Kim had a plan.  However shortly after arriving those plans changed.  Selling 6 million her first year, Kim was the top producer of her company.  What did she learn? Old fashioned hard work, networking with fellow professionals and most importantly remembering that if her customers had a remarkable experience they would refer her to friends and family.  As Kim's success grew more and more, agents wanted to know what she was doing.  In 2005, Kim started training other agents while selling and running a team.  Today Kim has a team, trains, speaks, travels, serves on her local MLS board and Board of Realtors Educational Task Force as Chair, and is the founder of one of the largest REBar Camps in the country.  Founding Real Dynamic Agents, a training program to meet the needs of agents at all levels and with various learning styles and provides opportunities for any agent to ultimately take their business to the NEXT LEVEL!  Kim is continually looking to discover new ways to stay ahead of the competition.

Kim manages a team and sells real estate full time. With almost half a billion sold in the last 15 years, Kim understands what it means to be in the trenches. What feeds her soul?
