Alexis Bolin, CRS, Alexis Bolin, CRS, is a residential real estate Broker Associate with ERA Legacy Realty. She has been in real estate for 37 years and is recognized among the top residential REALTORS® in the nation. She was inducted into the ERA International Hall of Fame in 2013 and the Real Expert Hall of Fame in 2012.

Beth Jaworski, CRS, loves what she does and where she lives. A lifelong resident of the metro-Milwaukee, WI area, she has been a full time Realtor since 1992 and a CRS since 1997. Beth is a single agent, with one licensed assistant, and credits her community involvement with helping her go from closing 40-50 transactions per year to closing 70 transactions or more per year, for the last 3 years in a row. Beth is heavily involved in her community and believes in putting her dollars back into her community in the form of local sponsorships and donations.

Richard Waystack, CRS, has spent over 31 years being involved in his seaside community on Cape Cod. His Team philosophy as a boutique office allowed his Team to become fully vested in his area becoming the local, trusted experts. Richard has been the longtime Chairman of the Board of Assessors, has served on the Real Estate & Open Space Committee (and numerous others), 25 year volunteer and President of the Family Pantry of Cape Cod, and completed a 107 mile walk across Cape Cod the past three years raising funds and awareness for homeless prevention. He sold his business in 2014 and now works with a limited clientele of predominately seniors in his community.
