Certified New Home Specialist™ training covers all aspects of working successfully with builders and new home buyers. Topics include builder/broker relations, market research, creative marketing strategies, on-site sales, customer service, architectural design, blueprint-reading, site design, materials and methods of residential construction, along with proven strategies for providing the best sales and marketing services to builders.



The CNHS™ training program features audio and video clips of live seminar training and on-site construction activities as well as more than 400 construction photos and descriptions. Course graduates describe the interactive course as similar to a one-on-one coaching experience – that they can enjoy whenever most convenient. Pointing and clicking through the lessons, course participants fill in the note-taking outline provided in the 200-page Certification Workbook.

The CD-ROM also features a glossary of construction terminology and a “Find” wizard that searches for specific terms or phrases. Materials include a complete sales system that incorporates a comprehensive series of organizational forms.
