Join us on Tuesday, September 12, 2017, at 1:00 PM Central, for the free CRS Week webinar, Video Marketing: No More Vanilla, with Michael Thorne, CRS.

What to Expect ...

Video is proving to be one of the most effective ways to corner the online real estate market. With all the technology and platforms to market yourself, it is time to get away from basic vanilla marketing. Think of it like ice cream and market Butter Nut Crunch to those that love it, and Cherry Garcia to those who dig that edible tribute flavor.

It is time to start speaking differently to people based on where they live, their income, their demographics, and their interests. Video marketing can help segment your market and reverse engineer the messaging to a more targeted audience.

Our industry is good at marketing vanilla: you see it in our photos, flyers and social media posts. Many people like vanilla, but they don't love it. If you want buyers and sellers remember you and your listings, you need to give your audience something that's valuable and makes you stand out. The bottom line is nobody is going to walk across town for vanilla.

Michael will show you how to cut through all the noise and leverage video to connect with people in a more meaningful way.
