Sellers want to know they are working with a competent, confident and professional REALTOR® with the expertise to provide diligent research and communicate seller choices. In this webinar, you'll get comfortable with pricing and strategies at listing appointments. You will also develop systems to articulate your value and authority that clearly demonstrate to the seller your winning strategy for their success. The speakers will show you how to build resources by organizing and storing data and get seller participation. You will learn to demonstrate your credibility based on proven concepts for a repeatable winning strategy.
