Our global outreach benefits not only professionals in those markets, but helps to build a global network of RRC-trained agents who can better serve their local clients with relocation and other cross-border home buying and selling needs.
Sowing the Seeds of Success
International outreach is an important focus for RRC and the demand for RRC education has increased worldwide. In response, RRC designed a course based on the proven skills and techniques top producing agents have successfully used in their practices.
Real Estate Advanced Practices (REAP) was created for real estate professionals living and working outside of the United States. The Council’s REAP Course content transcends borders and local customs by focusing on universal sales concepts, systems and sales strategies used by top producing real estate agents in the United States. The REAP course is comprised of four one-day modules that may be taught separately or consecutively and in any order.
REAP provides an excellent foundation for residential sales training and provides credit towards the elite Certified Residential Specialist Designation. REAP is easily delivered through a large firm, organized real estate entity or association.
