As real estate markets have become more global, so too has the Residential Real Estate Council (RRC). RRC now reaches well beyond its U.S. borders where we’ve helped provide solutions for changing marketplaces around the world.
Our global outreach benefits not only professionals in those markets, but helps to build a global network of RRC-trained agents who can better serve their local clients with relocation and other cross-border home buying and selling needs.
Real Estate Advanced Practices (REAP) Program
Worldwide Education: Sowing the Seeds of Success
International outreach is an important focus for RRC and the demand for RRC education has increased worldwide. In response, RRC designed a course based on the proven skills and techniques top producing agents have successfully used in their practices.
The Real Estate Advanced Practices (REAP) program was created for real estate professionals living and working outside of the United States. The Council’s REAP Course content transcends borders and local customs by focusing on universal sales concepts, systems and sales strategies used by top producing real estate agents in the United States. The REAP courses are comprised of four one-day classes that may be taught separately, consecutively and in any order.
REAP provides an excellent foundation for residential sales training and provides credit towards the elite Certified Residential Specialist (CRS) Designation. REAP is easily delivered by a certified REAP Instructor through a large firm, organized real estate entity or association.
For more information on bringing REAP to your market, please contact Connie Anderko, Director of Education Operations, Residential Real Estate Council.
