Introducing the RRC Chatbot!
Over the last year, RRC has been working to improve our member and customer care and satisfaction. We've implemented many improvements that make our website easier to navigate and built better workflows internally that have improved response time.
Although we can't staff the phones 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, we are pleased to introduce the RRC Chatbot, a conversational artificial intelligence chatbot. There's no person behind the bot, but there is a lot of information. The RRC Chatbot is just getting started and it will only become more capable as time goes on because it's designed to accumulate information based on the conversations it has. The more interactions, the more it will learn.
