The legalization of marijuana has increased the demand for both residential and commercial properties. This creates issues related to grow houses, property values, crime, and property management. According to a recent survey conducted by the National Association of REALTORS®(NAR), thirty-three percent (33%) of members who have sold grow houses in states where both medical and recreational marijuana is legal had difficulty selling those residential properties.
