Dates: February 12-17, 2020

Discount: Your discount gives you 10% off round trip reservations, made online. Use code BPVRS to get the discount. Valid dates are February 8-20, 2020. Discount does not apply to exclusive vans (which are already discounted).

Reservations: For special reservation questions, call 1-800-BLUE-VAN (800-258-3826) or customer service, available 24/7. Please note that if you call in your reservation instead of booking and paying online with your discount code, then your discount is not valid and a $3 call center fee applies.

Arrival Procedures


SuperShuttle Shared Ride:

Advance reservations are required. After checking-in proceed to Level 1, ground transportation, exit the terminal and report to the Boarding Zone. In Terminal A, wait at Parking Space #A42 and in Terminal B, wait in Parking Space #B3.

If you fail to make contact with your driver or need additional aid for any reason, please call (727) 308-7658 for immediate assistance.

ExecuCar Meet & Greet:

Guest will locate the operator at the bottom of the escalator. The operator will have a sign displaying the guest's name. If unable to locate operator, guest may call (407) 888-9220, option 3 for assistance.

VIP Package Upgrade

Upgrade your Sell-a-bration 2019 experience by purchasing a VIP Package ($100) before it sells out.

Sell-a-bration 2019 VIPs will receive:

  • VIP Express Check-In
  • A VIP Reception
  • VIP Lounge Access
  • Preferred Seating During Keynote Sessions
  • A VIP Goodie Bag

Cancellation Policy

  • All Sell-a-bration cancellations and Pre-Conference course cancellations must be made in writing.
  • Cancellation of Sell-a-bration conference registrations will be assessed a $50 administration fee up until May 1, 2018.
  • Between May 2, 2018, and Dec. 3, 2018, a $150 cancellation penalty will be assessed.
  • Registrations are transferable. If you would like to transfer your registration to another person, please email and include the name and contact information of the person you intend to transfer your registration to.
  • Pre-Conference course cancellations will be assessed a $50 administration fee up until December 4, 2018.
  • No refunds will be available after Dec. 4, 2018.
  • No cancellations or refunds are available for the VIP upgrade.

Tax Deductions

The Internal Revenue Service may permit an income tax deduction to U.S. residents for expenses (including registration fees, travel costs, meals, and lodging) incurred in pursuit of continuing professional education.
