Residential Real Estate Council Releases 2017 Annual Report
Highlights Transformative Year and Major Growth in Key Areas

Chicago, IL, March 22, 2018— The Residential Real Estate Council today released its 2017 Annual Report, an overview of the Council’s key initiatives and accomplishments in serving its professional REALTOR® members. The report emphasizes how RRC has transformed over the past year, changing its name and logo, adding designation maintenance requirements and simplifying its designation pathway to further distinguish the CRS Designation in the marketplace. Additionally, the Council grew its membership base and education participation

The future is filled with tremendous opportunity," says Lana Vukovljak, RRC Chief Executive Officer in her introduction to the 2017 Annual Report: A Transformative Year. "We will continue to focus and invest in building long-term member service and value. We remain committed to enhancing education and tools that are essential for our members to succeed in our competitive industry. We will explore opportunities that strengthen our members’
profitability and continue to be an innovative and valuable resource for our members."

The report also highlighted the Council's membership growth (6.4%), revenue growth (8.8%), overall increased financial health (13.3%) and increased participation in education (39%). In addition, the Council introduced six new one-day classroom courses and 16 new eLearning courses, added a free CRM service to members, and established the We Are CRS Facebook group that boasts more than 5,000 members.
