The Agent PLAN Program (Professionalism, Leadership, Achievement, Networking) is part of RRC’s new Broker Solutions platform. This component is aimed at supporting the broker by creating ready to use training for their new agents. The goal of the Agent PLAN Program is to put these agents on the path to success through:  

  • Delivering industry-leading education that goes beyond the basics. Agents will learn skills to help them with their business planning, marketing, negotiations, prospecting, leads and listing strategies.

Unless otherwise stated RRC operates under the following cancellation policy: RRC, RRC States and licensees reserves the right to cancel any scheduled course. If a course is cancelled, you will be notified via e-mail or phone and will be given a full refund. RRC, RRC States, and licensees are not responsible for any expenses incurred by the registrant due to cancellation. Class cancellations will be accepted until one week prior to the event. Cancellations will be refunded minus a $25 administrative fee. No shows will be charged the full registration amount.
