Denny Grimes, CRS has sold over half a billion dollars in residential real estate during his 30+ years of experience with annual production in excess of $150 million. He is the host of TV segment called "Real Estate Matters", a writer and the keynote speaker at the annual Market Watch program. In addition, if Guinness Book of World Records had a category for who has seen the most linen closets while touring the home with the seller, his name would be in it. He is currently working on a book called "What Makes Real Estate Work, Even if Agents Don't".
