In this recording, John will review tips and best practices to ensure attendees serve and protect the best interests of their special needs clientele. The discussion will touch on a variety of special needs clients including the elderly. Specific 'real-life' examples will be covered which attendees can implement into their businesses immediately.

The percentage of special needs people in the United States is increasing at an alarming rate and currently accounts for 1 in 4 Americans. The National Association of REALTORS® has put a current focus on Diversity, Inclusion, and Equity to make sure that all clients are treated fairly and equitably. It is critical that we set a proper standard of practice when caring for clients with special needs and/or disabilities in a real estate transaction.
