Meet the Panel

Richard Waystack, CRS is a Past President of the Residential Real Estate Council (formerly CRS) an international group of top producing Realtors with over 30,000 members. He is currently President Elect of the Cape Cod & Islands Board of Realtors and a 3 time past President of the Harwich Chamber of Commerce. He has been honored as the Cape Cod & Islands and the Council of Residential Specialists, REALTOR® of the Year, both two different times. He is the current Massachusetts Realtor of the Year. He has been extensively quoted in a variety of media, and is widely noted as a local real estate expert and a valuable leader in a variety of National, State and Local real estate, non-profit, political and municipal organizations.

Alexis Bolin, CRS is described by those who know her as honest, strong ethics, inspiring, knowledgeable, forward thinking communication style, laser focused, team and relationship builder, unparalleled customer service and one who is too busy to bug you but never too busy to give you great service.

Alexis obtained her Real Estate license in May 1978 and her Florida Broker’s license in 1980. She worked 39 years for the same Real Estate Brokerage and started there as a new agent.

She joined Keller Williams Realty Gulf Coast in July 2017. Alexis was recognized as one of the Top 25 Most Powerful Women in Northwest Florida by Climate Magazine. In 2009, Alexis Bolin was nominated for the Women in Business Award.

Gregg Fujita, CRS joined the Harbor Bay Realty team in 1991. He is a Certified Residential Specialist and also a past President of CRS/RRC. His area of expertise is focused on the Main Island of Alameda, Bay Farm Island, and Harbor Bay. Gregg is also experienced in the adjacent areas of the East Bay.

Kurt Thompson, CRS is from North Central Massachusetts and is a real estate professional. Kurt has over 25 years of experience. Kurt has held many positions for his local and state associations. Kurt is currently a member of the 2022 RRC Board of Directors.

RRC, RRC States, and licensees are not responsible for any expenses incurred by the registrant due to cancellation. Class cancellations by a participant will be accepted until one week prior to the event. Cancellations will be refunded minus a $25 administrative fee. No shows will be charged the full registration amount.
