The Team Leader PLAN (Professionalism, Leadership, Achievement, Networking) Program is part of RRC’s Broker Solutions platform. This program is aimed at supporting team leaders by offering training and support with managing agents. The goal of the Team Leader PLAN Program is to put you on the path to success through:
- Delivering industry-leading management education that goes beyond the basics.
- Facilitating learning, collaboration and networking with other brokers around the country.
- Developing and reinforcing daily and weekly habits that will put team leaders on the path to success.
In order to meet the demanding schedules of team leaders,
we have designed a program that allows
you to complete the courses and activities when you have time. The 4 weeks of education covers: Recruiting, Team Management, Time Management, and Leadership.
• Recorded webinars on important topics, presented by real estate experts:
- Business Planning
- Team Management
- Management Skills
- Time Management
• Guided instruction from CRS-certified instructors
- Video introductions to high level concepts
- Regular live one-on-one and group discussions, revolving around key objectives
- Online community with your cohort for support
Unless otherwise stated RRC operates under the following cancellation policy: RRC, RRC States and licensees reserves the right to cancel any scheduled course. If a course is cancelled, you will be notified via e-mail or phone and will be given a full refund. RRC, RRC States, and licensees are not responsible for any expenses incurred by the registrant due to cancellation. Class cancellations will be accepted until one week prior to the event. Cancellations will be refunded minus a $25 administrative fee. No shows will be charged the full registration amount.
