Meet Mike

Mike Selvaggio CCIM, CRS, GRI is a Certified Instructor with the Council of Residential Specialists, an affiliate of the NATIONAL ASSOCIATION OF REALTORS®, and served as the 2008 National President of the Council of Residential Specialists. He has taught in every state in the U.S. except two. Also, he has taught agents in Japan, Madrid, Valencia, the Bahamas, and Canada.

Selvaggio opened his own real estate company, Delaware Homes, in 2007 and now has three locations serving all of Delaware.

Mike entered the real estate business in 1975. He is a licensed broker and REALTOR® in Delaware. He focuses on land development with builder clients and the general real estate practice when not teaching.
