Meet Andrew

Andrew Cotton left a career with a well-known hedge fund in NYC in 2010 to begin a new adventure in real estate investments. At first, he was focused on buying multi-family rental buildings in Rhode Island with the occasional flip project mixed in. The business has matured, now averaging 80-100 flips per year combined with the acquisition of up to 500 apartments per year to retain for investment. He has built a growing team of forty people to help acquire, refurbish and manage multi-family properties for himself and others.

Jack Cotton celebrates 47 years in the real estate business that began with a start-up in his college dorm room. Jack is a CRS Certified Instructor and well known in Luxury Real Estate circles.
