This webinar will focus on the latest in PPP Forgiveness, including the new SBA Form 3508S, which is a much easier and streamlined form that most Realtors® will be able to use. CRS Certified Instructors, Chris Bird and Dale Carlton will take you through the actual preparation of this form to demonstrate how to quickly apply for forgiveness of the PPP loan amounts. Chris and Dale will also cover the deductibility of the expenses paid with PPP forgiven amount.

Meet Chris
Chris was a Senior IRS agent for 16 years. He began conducting courses after leaving the IRS and started his own company, Chris Bird Seminars, Inc. Chris went on to conduct over 125 seminars a year on accounting, financial planning, wealth building, residential rental property ownership, and tax strategies for the real estate and financial industries nationwide.

He is a Certified CRS Instructor and he teaches GRI classes in 5 states. He currently holds his real estate broker's license in Champaign, IL. Chris has a unique way of making a tough subject (taxes and investments) entertaining and enlightening at the same time.

Meet Dale

Dale Carlton, CRS, has worked in the education field for over twenty-five years, working with non-profit organizations, under-grad students, universities, as an attorney, and largely in the real estate field. Dale is the owner of Carlton Realty, Inc. He was a broker during the sale of over $3 billion in properties, has addressing real estate legal issues for agents for over two decades.
