Investors represent a considerable part of the residential real estate market. Their needs however are different than other types of clients. Being able to understand their specific needs will allow you to capture a larger portion of that market and work more efficiently.

Meet Gonzalo

Gonzalo Mejia, CRS is originally from Lima, Peru where he studied Industrial Engineering. He moved to the United States in 2001 and started his real estate career in 2004. Currently, in Jacksonville, Florida he leads one of the top teams in the area. Mejia has spoken for national and international audiences about different topics including global business, social media, and marketing. Gonzalo is also one of our Certified CRS Instructors.
