In this recording, we'll walk through the process of preparing buyers to have success in a competitive market. It's much more than having a great buyer consultation and ensuring the buyer is pre-approved or has proof of funds. We'll go into specific ways to give your client an upper hand when competing for a home, how to tie in your real estate partners (lender, title, etc.) to provide extra ammunition and creative ways to find inventory.

If you're tired of having your clients get outbid on properties, or if it's taking an eternity to find the right property for your client then this webinar is for you.
